Villa El Tayar 1 sits in the first row directly on the beach at kilometre 34 of Egypt's North Coast, just beyond the wall of the Krir armed forces village and facing the shore. It is a private villa in a private villa zone — not a compound unit — furnished and serviced to hotel standard.
The villa spans two floors with nine rooms sleeping up to twenty-five guests. Every bedroom has a flat screen, air conditioning, a minibar fridge, a personal safe and a kettle with complimentary tea and sugar, and is restocked with mineral water daily.
Outside, the swimming pool includes a water play area and water volleyball. The garden holds a trampoline, swings, a rocking horse and beach football and kite-ball pitches, and a gym overlooking both the sea and the pool. Indoors there is a six-foot billiards table and table tennis.
A full first-floor kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, two five-drawer deep freezers, two water dispensers, two microwaves, a volcanic charcoal grill, an espresso machine, a waffle and donut maker and complete porcelain dinner services. A second kitchen serves the upper floor.
The stay includes complimentary espresso, donuts, waffles, popcorn, cotton candy, an eighteen-flavour ice cream machine restocked twice daily, smoothies, granita juices and hot chocolate. Housekeeping cleans the villa and bathrooms daily, provides towels and toiletries, launders the cotton linen and offers room service to five-star standard. Pool and garden maintenance runs at least two hours a day, split morning and evening.
A three-person support team and two housekeeping staff are on site, and the grounds are covered by external CCTV. Birthday and celebration arrangements — name decoration, DJ and sound system, ice cream, donuts, waffles, popcorn and cotton candy — are included at no extra charge.
