What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early arrival or late departure can usually be arranged when the booking before or after yours allows it — just ask us in advance.
Can I rent for a week or a month?
Yes. We rent daily, weekly, monthly and long term. Weekly and monthly rates are applied automatically when you select your dates.

How many guests can each villa take?
Villa El Tayar 1 sleeps up to 25 guests across nine rooms. Villa El Tayar 2 sleeps up to 16 guests in three master suites.
Is the villa directly on the beach?
Villa El Tayar 1 is in the first row directly on the beach at kilometre 34, facing the shore. Villa El Tayar 2 is at kilometre 38, a short distance from the beach.
What is included in the price?
Daily housekeeping of the villa and bathrooms, towels and toiletries, laundered cotton linen, Wi-Fi, and daily pool and garden maintenance. Refreshments are included at no extra charge: espresso, an eighteen-flavour ice cream machine, donuts, waffles, popcorn, cotton candy, smoothies, juices and hot chocolate. Use of the pool, aqua park, gym, billiards, table tennis, trampoline and the garden play areas is also included.

Can you arrange meals?
Yes. Meals — poultry, fish, meat, a traditional Egyptian breakfast or dinner — can be arranged with advance notice. We also work with nearby restaurants that deliver to the villa.
Do you host birthdays and celebrations?
Yes, and the birthday package is complimentary: name decoration, a DJ with a full sound system, a selection of ice cream, donuts, waffles, popcorn and cotton candy, plus the swings, trampolines, beach games, aqua park, water volleyball, billiards and table tennis.

Borg El Arab International Airport is roughly 15 km away. Alexandria city centre is about 45 km.
